It all started as a joke...
What am I talking about? Basically, my love for the internet started about October of last year. I created my first message board through boardhost, and from that using just the basic HTML interested me. I thought it would be funny for all my friends to have a place to post their messages and talk smack or whatever they felt like saying, and I patterned the name (grimreaper) after an old 80's glam metal band. It's funny, I had worked with HTML before, I actually ran an Avail (punk/hc band from Richmond, VA) webpage from 1996 to 1998, and got really tired of doing it. In fact, I hated the techinical aspects of it.
However, about my Junior year of college i got back into computers, and making, and manipulating images. I used Quark, Photoshop, Imageready, and my favorite designing tool, Flash. I took Basic Web Design later in the year, and totally loved it. I got a co-op job at RXVP, Inc. in may of 2001 as a webmaster/multimedia coordinator, and I work there to this day. Outside of web design, some of my interests include skating, sports, listening to and making music, hanging out with my friends, and traveling. I'm heading over to Europe this summer for a couple weeks, so I am pretty excited about that. There's a whole lot more about me than can possibly fit within this box, but i won't bore you. There is more interesting stuff to see and read about on this site. Guess you'll just have to get to know me!
